High water will persist in this area and this warning will likely be extended. * IMPACTS...Strong lake level rises are on going. Many lakes in the warned area still have substantial ice. High water and moving ice due to strong winds can cause impacts to shoreline infrastructure. Flooding continues on area rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 139 PM CDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area.
